  1. Hi Melanie and Cedric.
I recently stumbled across your podcasts (whilst stuck in Covid isolation) and have been captivated by the stories. As a long time francophile from Australia who also loves murder mysteries, I have listened with great interest to the bizarre, gruesome and well-researched tales spanning the whole country and many centuries.
Cedric’s conversational style and beautiful accent bring the stories to life. I’ve only visited France once, but of course I’ve seen Maigret, La Forêt, Lupin etc and read widely, so the references add to the tapestry. My friend who is learning Scottish Gaelic and to whom I have recommended the series, enjoys hearing Melanie’s elaborations.
Just wanted to let you know how much your work is appreciated, and I hope that you will find many more tales to tell (although I wouldn’t wish there to be more crimes committed just to keep a podcast going) 😉 Will eagerly look forward to the next installment.

    1. Hi Debbie,

It’s lovely to know someone is enjoying our stories. We both really enjoy doing the podcast, and can’t see us running out of material to chat about.

      Thanks for getting in touch.
