Hi Melanie and Cedric.
Can’t believe this is episode 98! Well done.
It’s probably macabre, but I really look forward to your latest podcast each fortnight, and enjoy listening to old episodes when I have a long commute or if I can’t go back to sleep. Even listened to them whilst traveling on trains around the French countryside in May and June this year.
I have a few favourites, including Ep. 21 (The Paul Grappe Affair), Eps 36 &37 (The Omar Raddad Affair) Ep.45 (The Disappeared from Boutiers) Ep.81 (The Robbery of the Century) Eps. 89 &90 (The Dreyfuss Affair) and Ep.91 (The Cecile Combettes Affair). Also all the episodes about poisonings as I am a biologist.
I am looking forward to episodes 99 and 100- wondering if there will be something special for the centenary!
Appreciate all the research and attention to detail, (and pop culture references, like Jean Luc Picard)!
Keep up the great work.
Hi Debbi. Thanks for your comment. We’ll go on a hiatus for a while, mostly so I can rest from writing, recording and editing episodes every weekend. But Melanie is taking over over here: Crime Most Scots
Hi Debbi, It’s lovely you’ve carried on supporting the podcast, and you like it so much. We’ve been living between 3 countries at the moment, so the summer has just been major chaos! I hope Cedric will come back to doing researching on French crime, and as Cedric mentioned we’re doing a Scottish spin off, which drops on Sunday. I hope you listen, and also like it! Pass me the whisky, and I’ll tell you a wee story. 🙂
